To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Roots AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
